A tribute from artists around the world to the pregnant elephant, killed by a pineapple stuffed with firecrackers

Artists from around the world pay tribute to the poor pregnant elephant killed in India by a pineapple loaded with firecrackers.

The story of the elephant killed in India by a pineapple full of firecrackers it is striking the hearts of people around the world, causing anger and indignation over yet another death of an animal caused by human malice.

The story is made even more distressing because the baby she was carrying died together with the elephant.

The pachyderm, in fact, was pregnant and the birth of the elephant was expected in about 18 months. Someone, however, cut off these two lives by offering the elephant a pineapple loaded with firecrackers that exploded in the animal's mouth, tearing it apart.

Unfortunately, when help arrived, attempts to save her proved unsuccessful.

They had offered her pineapples filled with firecrackers which then exploded, tearing her jaw and belly, where she was carrying her puppy in her lap.
He had never hurt anyone.
She did not harm a single human even when she ran in excruciating pain through the village streets.
He didn't destroy a single house.
These were the words of the ranger who tried in vain to save the young elephant.
And she went to die together with the puppy she was carrying, in the river where she had taken refuge in search of shelter and relief for the very serious injuries suffered.
A mother, who was only hungry, betrayed so cowardly by a hand that from the height of the superiority from which she undeservedly stands, she proves to be an executioner rather than a keeper.
Even today, humanity has given the worst of itself

The message bounces on social media, while artists from all over the world are dedicating their tribute to this mother, with touching illustrations and images.
