As regards blackout closures such as shutters, venetian blinds and roller shutters, all orientations are considered valid, while for screens not combined with windows, for example external blinds, those positioned on walls facing north will be excluded.

How much to deduct? Those who decide to deduct these interventions will have a maximum ceiling of 60 thousand euros (to be divided into 10 annual installments of the same amount).

Biomass. Enea explains that the 65% deduction was also extended to the costs for the purchase and installation of winter air conditioning systems with heat generators powered by biomass fuels with a minimum efficiency of not less than 85%(i.e. winter heating systems that burn plant materials, transforming them into thermal energy). Unlike shielding systems, the maximum cost of the deduction must be 30 thousand euros.

In this case, the property subject to intervention in order to take advantage of the deductions at the date of the request must be "existing", that is, stacked or with a stacking request in progress. Furthermore, if the intervention consists in replacing the existing system, it must be equipped with a heating system and in good standing with the payment of any taxes.

What is needed? To obtain the tax deduction it is necessary to have a certificate of compliance of the system with the necessary requirements, drawn up by a qualified technician (engineer, architect, surveyor or expert registered in their professional register).
