Breathe deeply

Since it is such a natural and obvious thing we rarely consider theusefulness of breathing. However, there are very few people who breathe correctly, especially in the hectic world in which we find ourselves living today.

2.) Brush off dry skin

Brushing off dry skin is another simple and inexpensive daily gesture to detoxify our body.

Dead cells are cleared away and i lymphatic and immune systems are stimulated thus promoting the elimination of toxins.

All you need is one bristle brush with long handle.

Start sweeping dry skin wherever it is. The feet are a good place to start, then move upwards by brushing your arms gently but firmly back and abdomen. It should take no more than 5-10 minutes to brush the whole body.

Make sure you enjoy one then nice shower (in this case hot), a glass of water and a few deep breaths. Your body will thank you.

Hydrate yourself

Drink water it seems a simple and obvious action, however dehydration is a rather common reality for a lot of people.



2L of water, 4 half-liter bottles or about 9 glasses a day will be enough for eremove most of the toxins during the day also helping to keep the liver and kidneys healthy.

Most people get scared when they hear "drinking 2 liters a day" .. the fact is that knowingly or not you imagine yourself draining a 2-liter bottle of water all in one go and get scared? .

It is particularly important drink a nice glass of water in the morning as soon as you wake up to favor the elimination of toxins accumulated during the night.

You can also add a pinch of lemon, which will make the water taste good, alkalize your body and support your liver.

It is important to drink plain water and not juices and soft drinks full of sugar, dyes and additives, otherwise we do nothing but replace one toxin with a high one.
