Muting the noise of the washing machine
Some washing machines tend to produce a lot of noise during washing cycles, not only due to normal operation, but also because, especially during the spin cycle, they tend to become unbalanced and move. Mute the noises by spreading a old carpet or doormat.
Laundry
If there are very small spaces between your washing machine and the shelves or walls of the bathroom and laundry room, it's possible that some of the smaller items may fall right into them as you take the clean laundry out of the drum. Coat the floor surface with a strip of fabric made from a carpet, so that it will be enough to pull it outwards to collect what will have fallen on it.
Dog's kennel
To make your dog's kennel more comfortable and shelter from the rain and cold, you could try using old rugs, to apply inside the walls, in order to create an insulating layer.

Scraps of fabric obtained from old carpets can be a very useful recovery material to create a scratching post for your cat. Use plywood or cardboard as a base on which to apply the fabric obtained from the carpet and place the scratching post near the cat's basket or in his favorite places in the house.
