On many sites, in recent weeks, the announcement of an elusive Bonus that the government would have arranged in favor of families with low ISEE income is bouncing, but does it really exist and how can it be obtained? Let's try to clarify.
Sifting through the net, this government contribution worth 1.000 euros would seem to be aimed at families with minor children and with a low ISEE income - but it would not be the Universal Single Check (which we have discussed extensively in many items).
In fact, as specified at the bottom of the numerous articles that exploit the benefit as a decoy to attract unsuspecting readers, this is the Music Bonus, a measure contained in the new Budget Law and intended to support children and young people who want to learn to play an instrument or sing in a choir.
In short, a benefit not aimed at all families, but only to those whose children want to pursue a career in the world of music. In fact, the first requirement to access the benefit is to demonstrate that your child, aged between 5 and 18, is enrolled in one of the following educational institutions:
- conservatory;
- music school recognized by the Public Administration;
- institution of higher artistic, musical and dance training (AFAM);
- band;
- choir.
In addition to this, to access the economic contribution it is necessary to present an ISEE income for the year 2022 of less than 36.000 euros. As specified on the Agenzia delle Entrate website, the bonus is a tax deduction of 19% on the expenses incurred for the musical training of one's children.
