The reason for the recall is given by the presence of undeclared eggs in the ingredients list. The notice released yesterday by the Ministry specifies that the recall is aimed exclusively at people allergic to egg, who are obviously asked not to consume the Russian salad and to return it to the store where it was purchased.

For those who do not have egg allergies, the product is suitable and safe and can be consumed without risk.

However, since this is a Russian salad declared with 100% vegetable ingredients, the presence of eggs could also represent a problem for those who have chosen a vegan lifestyle and bought the product precisely because of the absence of eggs and ingredients of animal origin.
