The Ministry's motivation is linked to the risk of the presence of allergens, which could trigger reactions for people with a soy allergy.
Traces of soy were found in a sample of pizza flour, hence the need to recall the product.
In particular, the lot withdrawn is the 1kg one, produced by Molino Spadoni at the plant in Via Ravegnana, 746 -48125- Coccolia (RA). The lot is marked by the number 73103 with expiration date 03 / 05 / 2018.
“Consumers are encouraged to do not consume the product and to bring it back to the point of sale ”the Ministry said.
