It's hard to remember after watching Mike Fontenot and Jeff Baker man the position, but the Cubs have had three Hall of Fame second basemen.

One led them to four World Series in five years before having a nervous breakdown.

One led them to three National League pennants in seven years before being traded in the middle of the night by a drunken GM.

And the third one led them to two division championships despite being named after a notorious drunk.
