The High Plains Bison Foot-Long Buffalo Dog

The Cubs have spent more than $10 million for renovations to the 96-year-old Wrigley field, Carrie Muskat reports.

Fans on Monday will notice changes to the concourses, the restrooms and the concessions menu, which will now include The High Plains Bison Foot-Long Buffalo Dog, courtesy of the Ricketts family ranch in Little Jackson Hole, Wyoming. The buffalo dog will be served with bleu cheese cole slaw and buffalo sauce.
